Since 2017 we have created safe environments where men hold meaningful conversations, build healthy relationships, receive mentorship, discover purpose and grow in every area of life. Men are expected to lead, provide, protect and build, yet are rarely invited to talk openly about the pressure that comes with it. The King's Men exists to change that.

Olugbenga is an organizational development professional with over 18 years of experience in education, mentoring, capacity building and behavioural change. He founded The King's Men Empowerment Foundation to build emotionally whole, purpose-driven, spiritually grounded and socially responsible men.
Through The King's Men Boot Camp, The Vanguard Conference, leadership retreats and coaching programs, he creates safe spaces where men engage honestly with mental wellbeing, identity, relationships, fatherhood, purpose and positive masculinity. He is also the Convener of the B.O.Y.S. Camp, which equips boys with confidence, emotional intelligence, discipline, personal responsibility and respect for others.
He currently serves as Head of Workforce at His Treasure House International Ministries, Abuja.
